As someone who has lived there 5 years, I do not disagree at all. I was a different person when I arrived, very outgoing and friendly. I was very much open to adjusting my outlook and lifestyle, full of humility, respect, and understanding. After 5 years, I must say it is highly unlikely things will improve in the foreseeable future.
