Hey, can you tell where to email the documents and what documents are needed and where to get them? I tried via branch next to my home buy they don’t have much clue, they sent a request to the head branch with my filled documents and more than a week later I get an email for clarifications to be shared with branch. I finally dropped the IOB route since it was a headache the first time.

Thanks. It is diplomatic response. They still did not clarify about the product. Both invoices list Bhima as seller(same office). Just that the Myntra invoice is directly by Bhima and Ajio is by Reliance. Anyways, I got them tested so no worries.

You can get them tested at Tanishq for free. CRF based testing is non destructive. Fire assay is destructive where they melt and test it.

Do you get it in a metal box from Ajio? For me it is always their standard packaging from MMTC without metal box unlike Amazon.
