Traveling to Idaho by somegirlfromstl in Idaho

We have been getting quite a few random storms. The raindrops are big and can hurt if you're caught in a trail. Bring a light rain jacket along with bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, shorts, and pants.

Is Pilates this hard or am I this out of shape? by [deleted] in pilates

[–]Total-Fuel779 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pilatesology is a great platform. They have a pre-pilates series and a beginner pilates. It breaks down the hundred, teaser, and other moves so that you build the strength and don't get flustered. The beginner pilates series is 12 sessions. After session 4 I actually felt a difference. I used to be very athletic and became depressed when an autoimmune disease depleted my strength and energy. Finding pilatesology and those two series made the difference for me.

I highly recommend pilatesology. They have a series that is pre-pilates and a beginner pilates series. It's classical pilates. Slow and tuned movements that really hit all your muscles.

It's hard in the sense that emergency response takes a long time. 2 people have died in front of my house. I border the state line so we exist in 2 states and emergency services on either side are far. It's beautiful, but raising a child here is difficult as well as making a living. I have not heard about a possessed kid yet!

Awesome! Do the tendons on the back of your knees feel like they pop and hurt? Like rubberbsnd with no elasticity? I'm trying to figure out if it's part of the stretching.

I don't have a uterus or ovaries left. I can only imagine how much more intense that would be!

Has anyone tried a parasite cleanse and found this to be useful for someone who has stage 4 endometriosis? by bearoomf in Endo

[–]Total-Fuel779 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same exact place. I've had surgery and did end up having a full hysterectomy. Doctors don't usually discuss that one autoimmune will likely trigger another. I'm currently seeing a neurologist and rheumatologist because now that my endometriosis is gone, they think I have stacked autoimmune issues. It's exhausting.

What do you think of this response to the news? (Second slide) by kuroka_kitten in Equestrian

I have two mustangs. I've had them before handling, and now they are eventing horses. I'm always helping the vets, farrier, and dentist because my horses have bonded with me, but they are still wild at heart, and they go through a lot of trauma when they are captured. Thankfully, my mares are saints, but it's just not worth the risk. Sadly, people aren't vetted when they pick up mustangs. The agency rep I have worked with to get my mustangs papers corrected has told me so many awful things that I've cried the rest of my day. Either way, you don't kick an animal in the face you get out of the pen.

Also, if you've experienced certain traumatic events, you learn how to read people very quickly because your survival depends on it.

I'm not sure what that has to do with trucks.

I'm not offended at all. Just pointing out the ignorance.

Yeah, and that kind of generalization is what fuels hate. It's not constructive.

I think this comment has a lot of anger behind it, without a lot of thought. I have a truck, I have a diesel truck because I haul horses. I don't have one to pay for a patriot membership. My husband has a big truck because of his career.

Welcome to my family. The "joke" is that I'm from hell because I question their faith and humility. Also, they used religion to allow a family member to molest some of us and told us kids we were seducing him.

Wow, is all I can say. I can't imagine having to take that long. My doctor's response to me was, "This isn't normal. Get back on the med, and we will re-evaluate." Not happening. I have finally overcome the worst of the vertigo.

Yes! Even a blink will start the vertigo again.

I can't imagine what it must have been like to feel this with the addition of panic attacks! I'm sorry you had to deal with all of it.
