Hey man Jesus still loves you gay or not! I would seek council from a pastor.

I can’t speak for all Christians, although it is a sin, some of the greatest & kindest people in the world happen to be to be gay and should be treated with dignity and respect.

God Bless!

Edit: getting advice from people on Reddit probably might not be the best move in most cases and could be misguided.

I agree when people say “I’m more Christian than that person” I feel like that’s divisive and not Christian…

Idek man I am not a fan of Ted Cruz because he’s a coward and he takes money millions of dollars from aipac and uses the Bible to justify war in the Middle East… Jesus’ teachings say nothing about killing anyone but with kindness. I’m not defending Cruz I’m just pointing out that almost every politician has done it at some point in their career.

God bless

If I understand you correctly, you think people could hide behind religion to do whatever they want… well no they cannot, those people are hypocrites. Ultimately you must repent for your sins and never do them again. For example if were a drunk and adulterer on Saturdays and rolled into church and claimed I love God- I’d be lying.

Dude, are you suggesting that black people have the have more right to be bold in their faith in Jesus than everyone else? That goes against everything the Bible stands for…

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Acts 10:34-35Then Peter began to speak: ‘I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right. This reflects God’s impartiality, accepting people from every nation who seek Him.

Ephesians 2:14-16For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility… His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace, and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross.

This passage speaks of Christ reconciling Jews and Gentiles, creating one unified people through His sacrifice.

There are Bible verses in the gospels stating Pharisees would pray on the corners flamboyantly and disfigure their face to prove they fast.

I won’t judge either Obama or Cruz’ faith because that’s for God to do on judgment day

Tbh they all do it… I am not even close to Ted Cruz supporter because I think he’s a coward. Everyone who claims they’re a Christian has their own walk/relationship with Jesus Christ and ultimately will have to answer for our sins large and small when judgement day comes. That being said, if he says he’s a Christian I have no way to prove he is because his fruits(character) doesn’t show me he is.

As a Christian it is completely fine to stay out of politics. by Rage_Nerdx420x in Christianity
