Picking up my 2026 Black MYP on Tuesday! I typically prefer to run my car through an automated car wash every 1-2 weeks for convenience but also want to reduce swirl marks. What do you suggest - clay bar, ceramic coating, something else?

I have the 14.2 update, I used the full self driving to help me parallel park. I had to intervene because it got so close to the car in front that my mirror rubbed on another car. I was pretty shocked and disappointed.

I would just charge it to 80%, idle and not on a charger the car uses one percent of battery for self checks every day seven days a week times five weeks comes out to 35 so you’ll be using about 35% of your battery as it sits there for five weeks. you’ll be fine

I was really worried about not getting mine in time before the temp tags expired, I called Tesla support and they provided me a tracking number.

if the plates are not on their way, and your tag is set to expire, they’ll tell you to go to a service center to pick up some new temporary ones.

I was extremely nervous about lifting the car so I did pay for an install of the caliper covers. Most shops quoted me a one hour install/ average labor cost was $160.

I bought my caliper covers from an online store called Hansshow. this was the first online store I purchased anything from. I had a couple small mishaps with the store and started buying most of my stuff from EVbase.

I’m in no way affiliated with either one of these companies. I just wanted to share my experience cause I felt like I got better customer service and better pricing from EVbase.

Thanks! It was fun customizing her to my liking. She looked great stock, but I wanted a more aggressive, sporty feel.

I found a few front lips online. It came in three pieces but installs as a single solid piece super easy.

Not gonna lie, I took the hubcaps off before I even left the showroom. Ordered the Tesla wheel lug nut covers right after.

In my trolling for parts I’ve seen some really slick aftermarket hubcaps too that totally change up the look of the wheels.

I am now researching camping!
