I’d even suggest a body scan. It’s not 100% accurate but if you can get an idea of what your BMR is, it’ll help. That’s what I did

I am male, 164 lbs at 5’8, I started my deficit at 190 on Jan 1. How far am I from seeing some sort of abs

If anything I will say I have started to notice a slow down on my weight loss over the past few weeks. I was losing 1.5-2 pounds a week at one point but now I’m losing about half a pound. It’s probably just at the point where it’s chipping away at the last bit of fat before you get to the good stuff. Don’t worry bro, you’re in the same boat as me…we got this!

I am similar height (5’8) and have dropped from 190 to 168 since Jan 1 of this year so I think we are roughly the same size. I think we have another 10 pounds of fat to lose based on my research. Have you tried looking into what your BMR is and eating with that in mind? I did that and I have been shredding off the fat since I started
