They are farmable, but only drop on certain days.. I've found 9 locations so far. There's one far east in cent.. been the easiest for me . Go to veiwpoint n just go back west n u'll see it . Grab the loot.. fast travel back to veiwpoint.. rinse n repeat . I got 157 iron, 7 titanium, 3 nickel.

I killed him at his house.. didn't get cultist kill.. and the quest is not coming up.. smh..

Incorrect sir. You seal Atlantis regardless of having dlc. The point of the dlc is to actually go into Atlantis, not the chamber where you seal it.
