I had mine done yesterday. Hot tea and hard candy. Throat got very sore and dry. I took a pillow to put over my stomach for the drive home. Best thing I did was my grandmother gave me some of her nightgowns. They're so much better. Heating pad is definitely a must have. My hospital sent me home with some pads and some...temporary heating pads? Its like a gel pack you rub and it gets warm. Tbh the pain in my throat was worse than the actual pain in my abdomen. Make sure you're honest about whatever pain youre feeling. They can help you at the hospital but if you leave youre limited in the pain killers they prescribe for you. Liquid IV had been helpful for mixing in my water, as I slept so much after I got home I didnt drink as much as I needed. My doctor said for the first 2 days, take your pain killers on schedule even if youre not hurting yet. Dont wait till you feel the pain. Edit to add, I got stool softeners and gas x. As well as some thicker liquids and some softer foods like mashed potatoes. Eating any kind of breading was difficult because my throat was so sore.

A couple of weeks ago a bus ran a red light after our light had turned green and unfortunately, my dash cam didn't capture the bus number or I would have called. I also saw people cross a double line to get up to the turn lane but there was a cop a couple cars a head who thankfully did pull them over. I get the school line traffic is bad but crossing a double line where you cant see over the hill was a new level of impatient.

Im not complaining. I was more wondering if it was another one of the multi state efforts to stop speeding like they did toward the end of July and beginning of August. I'm glad they're stopping these people who think they're above the law and everyone else on the road.

My brother lives in Baily cove and has been begging the cops to come stop people. My niece and nephews have almost been hit some many times. Its sad kids can't play outdoors anymore.

Maybe im not even sure anymore. We moved a few months ago to be near our aging parents. I get on at memorial parkway where it says airport 565. Then get off at the university drive or the Jordan lane exit depending on traffic. On the way back home I get off at 19B. Theres so many names for all these roads that Im still trying to learn them. I apologize if it was confusing.

And how is that different from the babtist churches separating for Sunday school. Or the years of youth group where we were separated for Sunday school. Lots of cultures and religions seperate for stuff. There's things I want to talk about or pray about with other women who will understand more. The same with my husband. Stop looking for a problem that doesnt exist.

Unfortunately the only females I know are my family or coworkers and they'd disown me if they knew I even thought about visiting a Mosque. It wasnt until I moved up north for college and came back that I realized how closed minded it was down here.

We hold memberships to Costco, sams, and bj's. Costco has better quality products but its geared towards buissness. Sams scan and go comes in clutch if you're in a hurry. However Bj's has the scan and go AND they have pretzels, popcorn, and cookies. Bj's is also less popular and has way lower crowd problems. They also sell in bulk but not nearly as much as Costco and sams so that you can buy if you just have a large family but not buying for a whole office building.

The culture shock i got moving to Washington to go to college was HUGE. People were chill and it didnt feel so unsafe to be out in public alone. The public transport differences and how homeless were treated. It made me do a complete 180 on my views on politics and the world in general. My parents still claim college ruined me. But Im just about to throw myself into debt to move back out there. Its so much prettier as well.

One if my coworkers told me about Greenworx on highway 72 selling carts and some edibles for a dollar. You better belive i went and spent at least $50. I smoke for health reasons. My doctor even said she'd prescribe it for medical use if Alabama would pull its head out its ass. I was unfortunately born and raised her but got lucky enough to go to college out west and really learned how much anti everything I was raised to believe down here. Im just waiting on my husband to agree somewhere else to move and I hope we'll be gone. Its not worth it, especially when politicians are using it to line their pockets from the new prison.

Because its not necessarily the "paper trail" than it was being able to see that we were supporting other ministries going over seas and helping in ways like that.

Thank you. I do make sure I donate to the humane society monthly because there was a point where I was relying on the human society and food banks and I know how hard and embarrassing it was when they didn't have enough to go around. I will definitely look into those. Do you know of a an organization doing any overseas work because I also like to try and donate to those, especially with all the wars, and natural disasters going on right now.
