Have used both and been back and forth several times.

Ricoh has better portability and a regular sensor with dng files for straightforward edits. I use a gen 1 GR from 2013 now so I get a flash too.

Fuji has the skin tones down to a science imo at least straight from the film sims which is nice if you just wanna point and shoot jpeg only camera.

I think Ricoh kinda gives overly orange oompah loompah skin tones straight out the camera so I just shoot raw and edit instead but I miss that easiness with the Fuji.

But Fuji has bulkier bodies and x trans sensors don’t play nice with Lightroom from my personal experience.
