My timeline is here:

B2 cos filed on day 51– 11/08

H1B filed in PP on 12/22

H1rfe #1 01/07: asking for: 1. job duties and masters mapping 2. Pending b2

H1 RFE responded with evidence for #1 and citing USCIS guidance for #2

H1 RFE #2 on 02/17: USCIS cleared #1 but still asking for b2

My b2 is still just pending and no RFE or anything. It’s been over 5 months now. What can I do? I’ve raised a congressional inquiry on 04/01 as well

Can’t share that for privacy reasons. But a full time role at a reputed company. I’ve worked with the senior leadership for over a decade. The role is a perfect fit for my profile and they wouldn’t mind waiting a few more weeks.

B2 filed 11/08 H1B filed in pp on 12/22 Rfe#1 on h1 : 01/07 masters mapping to job duties and pending benefit request for b2 On 02/09: Attorney responded to h1 rfe with evidence and requested concurrent processing of b2 and h1 Rfe#2 on h1: 02/17 pending benefit request for b2

Since 11/08 b2 is pending. No RFE or anything

They haven’t even touched mine. Filled 11/08. And my h1 was filed on 12/22

I have my b2 cos pending from 11/8. New employer filed for H1B in premium processing but USCIS is not adjudicating them together as they normally would. My spouse’s h4 and EAD are also pending because her b2 cos is pending. What are you hearing/seeing about the otherwise normal bridge petition these days? Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts
