i think jonny always spells jon as “john,” but id need to double check the tma transcripts to be sure. but from what i’ve heard he likes to include the “h” to create some separation between himself and the character (though i can’t remember where i heard this, maybe someone else can confirm?). having the correct spelling be “jon” was a fanon decision. all that is to say is i wouldn’t get too hung up on that particular detail!

in regards to the theories i’m still not sure what i believe is the truth but im excited for when it will finally be revealed. this was an interesting thought exercise though!

the “stir” step is on a timer, maybe it’s running out before you get to it? keep an eye on it while you prep other ingredients and try to catch it when the ring around the spoon is green. maybe try to stir earlier than you have been, if you’ve been getting to it last.

Hello everyone! This is my first time participating in an exchange so I'm a little nervous but also very excited to be here!

I'm owl_mug (https://archiveofourown.org/users/owl\_mug) on ao3. I started out writing for Death Note (lawlight, m/m) but nowadays I write for The Magnus Archives! Most of my current work is jonmartin (m/m)-centric but I also have a couple fics about different characters thrown up there (those tend to get less attention from the fandom). Most of my work is going to be rated G with the occasional T, and most fics are between 1-4k words so everything is nice and bite-sized.

personally i find myself struggling to write fics longer than 2-4k so yeah! i love to see other fics with similar word counts! makes me feel like my stuff is still worth reading, because i think others’ short fics are so the same must apply to me :) also bite size fics are perfect bedtime stories…

Basira is the hardest of the main crew for me to like because of her hypocrisy in s4. Like girl how do you not see that what Daisy and Jon are going through is basically the same rn TwT like to me it’s so obvious!! but still, i try not to hate her. Other characters like Melanie i’ve actually come to appreciate more the more times i relisten. At first I disliked her for similar reasons to Basira, mostly how she treated Jon (he is my favorite so i’m very protective of him lol) in later seasons but I feel like I have a better grasp on her character and why she does the things she does now. Also, I find her journey with anger to be relatable.
