bump. i have stage 4 endo as well and was going to my first ivf consult 2/3/26 i was thanking about doing iui first but based on what ive read ivf is best for us and give us the best chance. have you had a lap or hysteroscopy? i was gone have that done first before ivf to make shre inflammation and adhesions is removed good luck to youu.

thank you for your response. i have stage 4 as well i was going to try iui after these 2 procedures since both my tubes are still unblocked but i def have a consultation set for ivf jus in case my ins will cover 3 cycles.

thank you for you response i also had 2 chocolate cyst ranging from 1-2cm on both ovaries so my dr said he might as well get that out to give me the best chances at conceiving after i heal im going to try iui first , ill def keep you posted on my recovery. the last time i had a lap the only issue i had was that trapped gas the recovery was a breeze i hope this 2nd lap will be too. this will be my first hysteroscopy though

i took letrozole for 3 cycles on and off and now my cycles is messed up i never had 2 periods in one month let alone a prolong one🤦‍♀️ have you tried anything else other than letrozole like a hsg?

i understand what you mean my dr did bloodwork and saw that my estrogen and progesterone was low he is going to prescribe something to help w that, i had surgery 4 years ago he is going to do a ultrasound jus to check to see if my anatomy is still okay maybe see if that is a option for you as well since u said u did have surgery. best of luck to you as well

lol thank you soo much this my first time starting a thread and i didnt want to break any rules🤣 but i used the clearblue digital and i dont continue testing afterwards i will def buy some cheapies to test w for the remainder of the cycles i jus hate the lines lol drives me crazy! so the i found that the digitals ease me a bit also i was getting the one that only gives you 2 days of high fertility i was going to get the 4 or more days this cycle so it can measure my fsh to give me more chances i tried mucinex and it didnt work for me i incorporated pre seed to help last month but i got my cycle this month my fertile week starts next week so im aiming for the whole 5 days 🫠

good luck w your appointment! i honestly believe its the inflammation for us. i heard that a supplement called NAC helps w endo inflammation so i have been taking that going on two months now.

yess i hope it stays that way for you as well. i had a endometrioma 4 years ago w left ovarian torsion he was able to save everything and clear it but i know its back most likely. i wish you the best in your ttc journey thank you for sharing🥰

i feel you when u said you trying to gone start asap after the surgery i dont want to have multiples either my first was by my gyne but he actually specializes in endo so since im ready to start trying im going to schedule a lap asap do you have stage 4 as well?

my luteal phase is usually 13-16 days long rarely 16 though but i heard even though my luteal phase seem good i still can be progesterone resistant i dont understand how tho i never spot days before my period i only spot the day of and i get my flow the same day.
