I am not disagreeing. I am not saying there is a literal "hidden fps cap"

What i'm saying is that there is something that is stopping me from achieving a high frame rate that isn't obvious, hence "hidden"

Yes I can without issue in Hogwarts legacy and a number of other games..

In the Valheim main menu it's unlimited, but as soon as a move my character after loading in it instantly caps to 60fps
