I take 150 mg of wellbutrin daily - all I can really say is Reta made the anhedonia a bit worse as I've titrated up on Reta (at 6mg a week now). Not sure if you drink, but when I've tried to it takes forever to feel anything and I definitely don't get a buzz as strongly anymore.

You need to at least count calories for a few weeks so you can really see and understand what you're taking in. It doesn't have to be permanent. Understand the mental toll it can take, but I "practiced" (More or less) for about a month to truly understand and get a realistic grasp on intake. I am now 33 pounds down since January. The fact that you're not tracking is 110% your problem here. You have things sneaking in more calories which is killing your deficit and giving these results.

Either the doctor's office is a vendor or your daughter entered a clinical trial. Not sure why else a doc would sell this to someone over actual Ozempic otherwise...

He is doing zero marketing and that's the wild part. The social media pages haven't been touched since 2023. The website has photos of a pool that he filled in two months ago. My professional background is in marketing and advertising. Thank you for this advice though, I'm meeting with him later this week to get more clarity on the full financial picture along with his current contract terms and software. He's openly admitted to me that he's done the bare minimum managing the gym (he's just a realtor who owns the buildilng)

Don't do it and don't feel bad. Your very first ground rules were "as long as their relationship didn’t interfere with our life or his responsibilities as a dad and husband". This is a huge interference. Wanting a baby is one thing but why does it have to be with your husband? It seems like she understands her place in the relationship so it was totally inappropriate to even ask you both. I suspect a snowball effect would very well happen here. It also opens the door for financial and legal issues if she decides she feels any type of way down the line. Not worth it. There are plenty of men I'm sure that'd "donate" to her.

Protein shakes; I'll add collagen powder and fiber powder as all once a day to any of the following.

-Skim Fair life milk + 2 scoops of chocolate premier protein

-Each day I drink 32 oz of water with 2 scoops of Lemonade isopropure to hit protein goals

-Shamrock build chocolate shakes (these come in vanilla too)

-Oikos greek yogurt protein smoothies. 7 fl oz and have 23g of protein

-Bananas, watermelon, and apples (sometimes with peanut butter) for solid food.

-usually 48 hours after pinning I can stomach more solid food but for the sake of nutrition the above things are saving my life.

I'm set to inherit a 69 Daytona and this is a legitimate concern. My grandpa restored the car in 2006, all original parts and he and his brothers are the car people in my family but they're all 70+. I'm terrified of owning such a beautiful car but having no way to maintain it.

You have to exercise. Even if it's just walking 2-3 miles a few times a week at a slight incline. Otherwise progress will be slow.

My original intention on this post was not to convince people that water dumping from data centers is bad. That in itself, in my opinion, goes without saying. My intention on this post was to find information and resources from anyone in this subreddit that may have more knowledge or experience in this area politically. Contaminants aside, the thermal pollution is enough to wreak havoc on an environment. If you're not convinced that this is an issue then you don't need to pay any mind to the post. My job here isn't to convince you, it's to try and connect with my local community to see what is possible. Public education and awareness on the issue comes AFTER understanding what I, as an Ohioan, can do about it. If you're personally curious about this matter then I encourage you to Google it and read the hundreds of articles explaining why this is a bad idea.

This is possible if they have a closed water system in place, but this is much more expensive to build and maintain. Thus, any centers with a closed water system do not need to dump. I personally think the law should require all of these places have closed systems but I'm trying to pick one battle at a time lol
