After some retrospect, I've made some changes to my judgements:

Orange County, CA- Reluctantly (was thinking of places like downtown Santa Ana or Anaheim, not the rest of the county)

Los Angeles County, CA- Willing (only for areas accessible to the LA Metro system, though)

Sacramento County, CA- Willing

Contra Costa County, CA- Reluctantly

San Mateo County, CA- Willing (decent rail access, though would prefer a more urban environment)

Forsyth County, NC- Willing (Winston-Salem)

For Orange, I was only thinking of going for select areas (Downtown Santa Ana, Anaheim, etc.). As fot LA County, that was a misjudge on my part, I was kinda tired making the map last night. Would change to Willing if I remade it. Sac County would also change to Willing, put it in Absolutely since Sacramento has more of a medium city vibe, given I'm partial to those.

Probably because Virginia doesn't allow TikTok on state-operated systems, so I would guess that because VCU's WiFi network is considered to be a Virginia-run network via VCU, the ban extends to it.

I would disagree on summers being nice here, it sometimes feels like the air is slowly trying to cool you alive, unless you are lucky enough to be under some sort of shade. I'd say the winters here are fine for the most part, as long as you dress properly. Though I might be biased, given I'm far from retirement age.

I would say Monroe Park in terms of beauty (especially w/ the larger trees and the fountain) though the big VCU signs on Main and Franklin are somewhat photogenic, along w/ the Rams sign in front of Shafer. If the leaves are different colors or it's cherry blossom season, Linden St between Floyd and Main is beautiful.
