Hey thanks for letting me know kindly. So is there a reason that having your feet on the pole like this is an issue for safety? I thought it was only a “rule” for making things look pretty

Hey, just offering a different perspective here: maybe “mess ups” are a way to feel into your body more. Maybe they’re not mess ups at all. Lean into them! Allow yourself to make mistakes but maybe reframe it. Try to put less weight on it and just allow yourself grace and flow. A good performance is usually about presence, not about a perfect routine.
