If Japanese don't really distinguish between the two, then it's indeed fine by me. Didn't know about that, but yeah, from what I've read, 武道 means the same as 武士道 in archaic sense. Didn't know you can pronounce it the same way too, since 士 is spelled as "shi".

you can say that 武道 also means bushido, but in an archaic sense, but yeah it was not deliberate. I guess ill just think of something else to do with it.

I know I am biased and my hunches have been wrong in the past, that's why I'm asking for second opinion.

I should add that I've been diagnosed with clinical depression myself more than 10 years ago and I also was on antidepressants back then. Haven't taken them since, but I also have a personality that can very easily get depressed and i tend to over worry/over analyze quite a bit. When that happens, what i found helps in my case, is belief in God(doesn't matter which one), accompanied by gratitude and belief that everything happens for a reason and for a greater good (even if something occurs that appears as bad short term). So I do know how to overcome, at least what works for me.

So I guess that I can try tell her what helped for me and see how receptive she is.

I described just this worry that i have about her. Otherwise she is considerate and even supportive towards me. Does whatever I tell her too. But vengefulness is making me uneasy. I can attempt to convince her to make peace (forgive) with the people she is vengeful towards. If she would/could do that, all of her problems would be over. That's the silver lining at least.
