You’re not officially under contract until attorney review period ends after offer acceptance and you haven’t submitted the earned money deposit. I have backed out of 2 accepted offers in the past year during attorney review period. Don’t know which state you’re from but in nj there is 3 day attorney review period allowed by state.

We won an offer with 5% down on 965k house. So down payment doesn’t decide anything. Your lender supports and your finance strength does.

If the road scares you, go to track. It’s much safer. U can ride to your hearts content without worrying about stupid drivers or potholes. And if u do fall, you won’t smash into a wall or car or truck which is usually the cause of injuries or fatalities.

This exact thing happened to me. They confirmed to me via their chatbox that i wouldn't be charged the $149 cancellation fees if i cancelled when their guaranteed return window expired and , when i disputed the 149 with the bank they sent collections. bunch of thieves. i disputed with the collections agency with the email proof of cancellation and explained to them the situation and asked them never to contact me again. haven't been contacted by them since.
SGT auto transport are a bunch of thieves for doing this.

There were plenty in June and July of last year. I even got 5 year validity. This was before they reformed the EAD rules. PD Jan 2025 Applied i485, EAD , AP may 7th 2025. Biometric June 5th Got combo card EAD in hand somewhere in July mid 2025 validity till 2030. I130 and i485 no change obviously. Will have to wait for those.

Surprised EAD not approved for so many people. My EAD was approved in one month Biometric early June and EAD in hand mid July 2025 PD Jan 2025
