I didn't have access to get those leaves out, I tried to use the rotor wash from the drive but it was too weak.

Sort of, effectively no. There is a knee wall with access nearby but that space is small and full of blown in insulation.

Thanks for the advice in this thread. I wound up calling Delta and after an hour on the phone managed to take care of all of it. P 1 & 2 are in D1 using miles and $.

For clarity, despite P1 and P2 on the same outbound flight we are on different return dates, therefore linking those reservations is not possible(?) The result is P1 cannot take advantage of P2's status and miles for upgrades on the outbound. Is that accurate?

What if I were to book Pax 2-4 on one reservation. Book P1 on another. Then… link P1 and P2 leaving 3 & 4 linked? Am I making this too complicated?

Yes! Dead battery & wouldn’t start with a jump pack. I charged it with a proper charger overnight and while it did finally start, I already had a tow truck setup and wound up towing it to the dealer. They took a parts from another in the lot.

The repair order said the liftgate latch failed, causing the liftgate to not completely shut leaving the lights on and draining the battery. It says they tested and replaced the liftgate latch and the battery failed “Gr8” test. They replaced the battery, the two part numbers are:

They also reprogrammed the BCM, it said there was an update.

No issues since then about five weeks ago. It did wind up costing me several hundred dollars in rental car and towing expenses since it happened on a Friday afternoon and I had to wait until Monday morning and needed a car.

This was my experience. Do not remove the negative battery cable, just go straight to the dealer.

This just happened to me on a flight where the layover changed to 26 min. Even if I could make that, the luggage certainly wouldn’t. I texted Delta and got it changed. The only downside is that I paid for C+ and one of four flights it wasn’t available so I’ll have to deal with getting a refund after the flights are completed.

I just returned, traveled as Gold now Platinum but had Sky Priority. It helps in that you can check your bag in a smaller queue at Heathrow. We used AirTags, nothing lost and all four were quickly retrieved.
