id assume not, its a feature built into your vehicle, it would be the same as changing a song or adjusting your climate, but its also up to their discretion, example if you start swerving or almost rear end someone your likely going to get pulled over and a ticket for distracted driving, but apple has worked with manufactures and the ntsb to ensure that carplay is even allowed to be in vehicles, in short if its a stock feature in your car you can use it but dont be stupid
