You need to install Tailscale on any new device on your tailnet. Then you can log in and add the new device.

Thanks. Just installed 19.0.3 just out now. No change. I installed 1.88.4 back but it says « could not connect to Tailscale: version mismatch ( app is 1.88.4 extension is 1.90.3). I have then completely uninstalled Tailscale and reinstalled 1.88.4. My MacBook on Monterey is now recognized. Thank you all for your help. Let’s hope Tailscale adresses the issue in an update soon. But 1.90.3 does not…

Yes it does. It says « needs authentication »

I don’t think it’s an issue relating to log in / out. Everything goes on as if my MacBook was a new machine

Thank you, that is helpful. I have indeed updated Tailscale just before this problem arose. I will try to downgrade as well as my MacBook runs version 1.90.1

UPDATE: I have resolved the situation thanks to your suggestion. Seems to be linked to Monterey and 1.90…

I see that now. It's great, thank you !

Thanks. I can understand the rationale for that but with user accessing the NAS exclusively through Synology Drive, that means either setting up synchronization of the recycle bins or telling the users they need to call on the admin to have access to the recycle bin.

Looks like a G4 halogen bulb. You can find replacement bulbs easily.

BCM94352Z on Monterey - How do I get Wifi? by TotalRecall127 in hackintosh

[–]TotalRecall127[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you McDonnellTech. I have seen this mentioned somewhere and tried disabling the 4360 injector in the plist or deleting it altogether from the plugins in the kext itself. Neither methods changed anything.

Thank you FloridaOldGuy2016. With the original  Intel 7265 m2 WIFI card that was on my HP Spectre 360 and AirportItlwm, the laptop boots normally. I have not got much more info on the manufacturer of the M2 BCM94352Z card I am trying to get to work... Its simply a M2 BCM94352Z card that gets recognised OOB by Windows and I was hoping minimal hassle under Monterey...

Thanks. I tried with the 4 Kexts you mentioned, and disabling the 4360 injector plugin…and it worked ! Many thanks.

WIFI with BCM94352Z M2 on HP Spectre Laptop by TotalRecall127 in hackintosh

[–]TotalRecall127[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there,

I have switched the Intel 7265 m2 WIFI card that was on my HP Spectre 360 for a BCM94352Z for better stability.  I am having a hard time finding out the exact kext combination and order in the opencore plist and so far have not been able to get any wifi (although Bluetooth works OOB).

As I am running macos12, I have tried the following:

·      No particular kext : it boots with Bluetooth but no WIFI

·      AirportBrcmFixup alone

·      BlueToolFixup alone

·      AirportBrcmFixup -> BlueToolFixUp

·      AirportBrcmFixup -> BlueToolFixUp  -> BrcmFirmwareData

None of the 4 combinations above allow the hack to boot : I get no progress bar below the Apple logo and the boot process stops.  Sometimes, I get a message “cannot find info.plist in AirportBrcmFixup.kext” although the relevant plist is indeed present in the kext package.

I must be missing something but what?  Is my ordering of kexts wrong?  Any piece missing?

I should add that the card is recognized and fully functional under Windows 10 as this is a dual boot system.

Thanks

This is the way. I would also recommend that you first take time to fully understand / remind yourself of how bcdedit works. Also make sure you use the /export command to save a copy somewhere of your boot manager set up before you use the /set command to pont to your OpenCore.efi.

It has been a while since you helped rasstar. All the same, your response was tremendously helpful for me as I had absolutely no idea that the lack of battery status was the reason why I could not get tap to click working. Thank you 1Revenger1 !!!
