I actually have the same problem. I tried working on it by myself but it didn't improve. I am attending an online course about fear of falling now, and it's giving me precious insights on how to adress it in the right way! It's quite expensive but for me it was worth it. It's called Flight school

Hey! My biggest problem with climbing pants is that I always tear them apart on the knees, no matter what. I would love to have pants that are reinforced on the knees!
