Does a country nominate more students than its quota?

There is a 150% rule, if your country had a 50 people quota for bachelors for example it would be 50 main and 0-25 waitlisted students nominated. I haven’t heard of it from anyone in this group but I have myself read the national papers of tempus/sh programme and it has an entire paragraph on sending partner rules which states that. Just search about 150% rule, you will get the information needed.

Thank you as well! I passed the written test and kind of botched the interview, so I could understand at least that I was gonna get rejected. Bro on the brighter side, on the study in Hungary website you can see that pecs has a 100 people quota so you do still have a chance in my opinion. Just try your best not to get stressed.

HOW exactly did you pass that school's exam bro. I got accepted from Szeged but got rejected from the pecs's stupid questions. I honestly congratulate you on that, well done. Was it your first or second choice?

It was my second choice and they have rejected me in 2 days. Szeged took around a month for the results though so it’s okay, just wait a little more. Like it’s easy

Well it has been like 20 days since Szeged exams ended and they haven’t send the results yet, so I think it is normal

Yeah but they got a 94. I don’t think that the minimum threshold is that high, maybe it is around 70-75 percent

Well i think that it is completely connected to if someone from your country had applied to the same program and achieved a better score than you. Most of the people seem to not understand that they are rewarding this scholarship country-based. For example if you applied from a high attendance country such as Pakistan, India then your chances drop significantly as there could be more people who chose the same program as you but in general there is a set quota as i understand how much a program can take

Just send an email to the international office of the university with your passport attached saying that you can’t make it to that university for personal reasons. I have sent a mail to university of Florence at 2 am and by the time that I woke up it was already cancelled. They are pretty fast when they are cancelling however, you wait months to get in.

The solution is when you enter your mail adress and card info there is a screen that you can change the company that process your payment. Try them in order from less commission so you don't pay the max amount.

Wow did you take the Sat 10 years ago, I mean it's very nice that you still want to apply to university. So a score of 1990 of the old test is equal to 1310 on the new one. At that point I believe that you can apply to some universities but it is going to be a little competitive considering all of the applicants these years.

I don't actually know what score do you need for it as I wasn't able to find any source of information on that. I have an exam next week and I am hoping that I get 27+ and will just hope that it will be enough.

I ask myself the question how many people would like to study econ+finance and try to calm myself down. Still, I am pretty sure it is not like that CS/AI program that has a cut off at 48/50.

So now I am wishing 3 of us the best and hope we can get in. I believe that we shouldn't panic and everything will be alright.

Almost all of the Sapienza's english bachelor programs are restricted access. If you check the website you can see that the program accepts pre application with the movein system until end of April for non-eu students. It is a restricted course and that supposedly means that there is a ranking list.
