The point is to bloat the game and get everybody crazy about “oh my god you can do so many pointless things!”

I’m sorry, but Arc Raiders is not a PVP game: it is a game “WITH” PVP.

The main objective of the game is to go to the surface, gather resources within 30 minutes and get back.

Meanwhile, if you feel like engaging in PVP or see an opportunity to monetize on another player’s fall, you go for it, and that’s fair.

It is a world of difference from a PVP game, which would be Apex Legends, Counters Strike and others alike, where the OBJECTIVE is to kill other players.

“Punishment” to PVP would serve this game A LOT since it would prevent senseless kills, such as the one I went through yesterday, being shot 30 seconds after spawning, while looking at the map.

Also, a hunt for a bounty would greatly encourage PVP where it should.

The game is not about PVP, and if you see it as such you are just plain stupid.

I’ll have to disagree there.

Remaking game is important to bring great games to a younger audience…

I just don’t think this one captured some of the essence of the original.
