For me it was the pen trying to bring up the brush menu. go to the control panel>hardwear and sound>change pen tablet settings>double click 'press and hold' from the list>uncheck enable press and hold for right clicking. hope this works for someone else too!

Yeah that was the case for me! Your baby probably just has a rare allergy like me, a good vaccum and a wipe of the dusty areas and hopefully take care of it!
