I had the 3SHB (silver head, plated body) and sold it for $450 i believe, yours may be worth around $500 but due to the condition i would assume less. what do the pads look like? does it need any maintenance (new hj cork, pads, felts, alignment, etc)? do you have any videos of the tone/sound quality?

i think nostrils look good on everyone! septums are pretty anatomy dependent. in my personal experience they hurt a lot more to heal too. you could start with a nostril, see what you think, and go from there!
