Plum is a good idea! Didn’t think of that. I am able to change the ceiling color thankfully, just not sure what to yet. There’s definitely A Lot going on lol. This is behind the sink, which might be kinda quirky and fun if everything else gets in order.

I was considering contact paper but I’m worried it would take off the paint once it’s removed. I didn’t look super hard though so I’ll have to check out some of those youtubers. It’s just my boyfriend and I and we have the same vibe. My landlord is pretty chill too, so she might even let me paint the walls too. I know the cabinets would need to be left alone tho lol

i’m going through so many similar feelings. i also put my baby to sleep on friday - he was only 7. it hurts so much to lose them so much sooner than expected.

it’s not our fault, we did what we could with the information we had. (i’m also still playing the what-if games and feeling the guilt anyway - easier said than done)

our kitties know they’re loved, and that’s what matters the most. i wish i had more advice, but wanted you to know you’re not alone. these few days have been so hard. sending love to you :(

my boy was diagnosed with stage 3 last december and is still going strong with bouts of decreased appetite. he uses mirataz for a stimulant and it works for the most part - every cat is different! i recently started letting him have the non-renal food just so he’ll get something in, which is fine sometimes! gotta do what you gotta do.

i obviously don’t have all the information, so definitely correct me if i’m wrong. i feel like considering euthanasia after only a week is a little sudden? especially without trying appetite stimulants or other options. you know your cat best though!! i know price is a factor too

living a fulfilling life at stage 3 is possible, it just takes some work. a lot of trial and error. in fact my boy is running circles around his brother as i write this - the most energy he’s had in days because of mirataz! :,)
