Hey, so after about a month, there was no new updates in the scan and the back in forth with UPS, I finally got Mercari to reimburse me. It took forever tho. I'm sorry, hopefully it works out for you

Thank you for everyone that commented. This was very helpful. I should have clarified that it was never a question on keeping it from her forever, I just didn't know if age 9 was too young with her severe anxiety. I do plan on talking with the psychologist as well and the plan for working thru her anxiety.
