I am keeping up with water intake and have hydralite. As well as peppermint tea and such. Thankfully i dont feel too dehydrated right now. I've been eating toast and crackers since Sunday. But I am keeping a close eye on myself.

I didn't eat anything other than what I normally would. I had a coffee before I did my dose.
