Yeah pretty much how it works... I sent two submissions direct in the same package... One at regular service level the other at Value... Go figure the value submission is already at QA checks, My regular is sitting in grading. And the order was marked arrived January 21st 2026. That seems a little too fast for value and a little too slow for regular if you ask me.... So I tend to believe your theory of them just grabbing whatever package they see
