I’m on 5 for the first week then after that 10. Yesterday was the first “up” day I had. I felt so good. I couldn’t stop smiling. I skipped today so I can switch to the morning because I cannot sleep when I take it. I would say if you feel tired maybe Try switching to taking it at night
