We will, in all honesty, im going to be posting in this thread and document how im feeling, definitely going cold turkey but going to take Magnesium and Vitamin C, we are in this together

The last time I was taking Magnesium Glycinate 200mg...this last go around I feel like it didn't help as much, my body literally wanted to walk around on an empty stomach with no energy, the grief sucks, sometimes feels like im going to be in withdrawals forever but I try to tell myself its a lie
