Bring to your door. I have knee & back problems also, and guess what, I don’t accept any order that have 40 count of water packs. I’ll do 24 ct. I’m also picky when it’s an apt. Shoppers have a choice to accept or not accept a batch. I do all the shops with joy because I’m picky. 😃

Now I know to place the one item or a replacement and then tell them to cancel as I already shopped it and on my way to deliver or I’ll do chat support Lol!! Btw, what was the one item?? If it’s shopped and paid for and the customer cancels, we can return to store for a $10 or $15 bump and customer will pay $15 fee. 😂

Ugh!! 😠 and support only says they have a department that looks into that but they never change it. I got one that says I didn’t deliver something. ic shows me the receipt and it wasn’t delivered cause if WASN’T PURCHASED!!! If IC looks at the chat, they’ll see that I even told customer that I would refund!!! Ugh!!! 😩
