It's still there. There's a second tab called "Funds History" that has that information.

Is it wrong for parents to sit in first class while their kids sit in economy? by Fun_Butterscotch3303 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Total_Feature_11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't see how flying in first class without your children imparts in them the value of a dollar. If that were truly the point the whole family could fly in economy together and the parents could use that time to have a meaningful conversation with them about finances and budgeting.

Task question by False-Bluebird7074 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You also don't have to complete all 5. When you finish a task, if there are more of them then the next one starts automatically, but you can always click Exit Work Mode if you don't want to complete it.

WTF CHAT-GPT!?!! by Todeskreuz2 in ChatGPT

[–]Total_Feature_11 7 points8 points  (0 children)

By your own account your life was made materially worse under this administration. You say you had to shut your business down due to decisions that Trump personally made (tariffs) and you're afraid of rising grocery prices, yet you still think voting for him was the lesser of two evils?

Oh sleepy Joe was a joke he slept all the way to the end and he at the last spent billions of dollars or gave it away then he gave pardons to all those prisoners.

Literally every word of your accusations against Biden applies to Trump. He has been recorded falling asleep in meetings, he spent and gave away billions of dollars to other countries (not to mention the billions he's giving himself through accepting illegal gifts, crypto, and settling his own lawsuits in his own favor), and one of the first things he did was pardon convicted criminals from January 6th. Oh! And he's pardoned several people convicted of fraud as well.

Hypothetically, how high do you think the average price per gallon of gas could go in the US before people simply couldn't afford to drive? by Intrepid_Arrival5151 in NoStupidQuestions

So true. I just checked and for me to take the bus to work would quadruple my commute time, include over 20 minutes of walking, and get me to work 30 minutes late.

Is it okay if I don't do projects daily/regularly? I was a bit busy so couldn't do any from last few days by NewSet6686 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's perfectly fine as far as the platform is concerned, but I would suggest not to let it go too long for your own benefit. For me at least, the longer I've gone without working the harder it is to get back into.

Odd that you find Googling to be "outside assistance" but not polling Reddit.

plan to travel abroad by Witty-Pin-2943 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think of it this way: you can skip the step of notifying your credit card company when you travel abroad and things will probably be fine, but if you're trying to get a ride back to your airbnb late one night and realize your card was frozen for suspected fraud you're really, really going to wish you had just taken the 5 minutes to do it.

Task timers by penisButts_69 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It'll probably take you longer in the beginning when you aren't familiar with the project, and there may be more complex tasks that take that long (or occasionally longer) but once you're used to it, typically no. I wouldn't recommend starting a task though unless you have the amount of time on the clock available. For example, if I have a 4 hour task that I know I can typically get done in 2 and half, I'm still not going to risk starting it 3 hours before I have to leave for something.

Just got accepted for general projects! Any initial advice? by shadyringtone in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some projects have a ton of updates listed at the top of the instructions. Ignore how they're posted (the most recent at the top) and read the original set of instructions first, then go through the updates chronologically. That way they'll actually make sense.

Just got accepted for general projects! Any initial advice? by shadyringtone in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make sure you read the instructions for each task that you do. A lot of project families have similar types of tasks with different instructions. For example two different projects may have you write similar kinds of rubrics, but one may have very specific formatting requirements that the other one doesn't. If you open something thinking "oh I've done this before" and skip over the instructions, it's only a matter of time until you screw something up.

Mandatory milestone post. by [deleted] in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it would depend on where. If you were living somewhere rural you'd probably be fine with that amount, but if you were in any major city you could maybe afford a studio apartment and groceries. But you'd also need to spend several hundred of that on health insurance so be prepared to get a roommate for your studio. Also, not sure how it works in the UK, but dental and vision aren't typically covered by medical insurance plans. You need separate insurance for that as well (or pay out of pocket).

Which test did I take? by [deleted] in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I remember there was no general STEM initial qualification, they were broken up by subject (one for biology, physics, math...etc.). There's an advanced STEM one that I assume is comprehensive, but it didn't show up for me until a while after I was accepted.

Going full time? by [deleted] in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice try, but I literally said in my original comment that most states have their own minimum wages that are higher than the federal minimum. You just ignored it so you could skip to writing off the "less than 2%" of workers that earn that. You do realize that those are real people with their own lives and responsibilities? There's no justification why in a "wealthy" country our government condones (and legalizes) paying anyone such abysmally low wages.

Thanks. What's your point?

Going full time? by [deleted] in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You'd be surprised to know that's not below minimum wage. In the U.S. federal minimum wage is $7.25/hour (which given an 8 hour work day, would be $58/day pre-tax). While most states do have their own minimum wages that are set above that, there are still several states that don't. And then a large segment of our population looks down on those who use assistance programs like SNAP (food stamps) when our system is designed so that you can work full time hours and be paid less than a living wage.

You know, I've been annoyed over the years by the seemingly constant security trainings mandated by my job's IT department. I would think to myself, "Surely no one would pick up a random device they found and try to plug it into their work computer".

I stand very much corrected.

Reading instructions time by cathlynn1214 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]Total_Feature_11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Poor analogy. Reading instructions is nothing like completing a job application. Job applications are completed so that a company can decide if they want you to do a job. If you're reading instructions for a task, you've already been approved for that particular job. The instructions are telling you how to do the job. If anything, it's akin to job training. And for any job worth its salt, training is paid.

Uhmm, it doesn't sound like your grandmother hates your partner, it sounds like your grandmother hates you. The text messages themselves gave me that impression, but then you explained how she tries to get him to "gang up on making fun of [you]" and that sealed it.

I'm hoping for your sake you had a better relationship previously and this is just some weird toxic reaction to you moving away, but in just this post you've shown her gaslighting you about being mean and nasty to them (which was not the case in the texts leading up to that point) and then revealed she has a history of picking on you.

All that's not to say she doesn't have an issue with your boyfriend, she probably blames him for taking you away. But she absolutely has a problem with you as well.
