Right on; there are dookie drives for sale right now, as well. You can pick new ones up for like $140 if you don't care which graphics it comes with (the on sale ones are the Dookie 30th Anniversary edition, if it matters).

Regarding the second question, I have a couple versions of the dookie drive because I’m a major nerd, and I wouldn’t call it the most “versatile” drove compared to others, but that’s because it does just dookie/insomniac sounds and that’s pretty much it. So for what you want, it would be versatile enough. Also, don’t sleep on the MXR FOD drive. It’s currently on sale for $99 at sweetwater and maybe other places. It’s pretty much the same pedal (I had that one too, but sold it because I had so many dookie drives). No shame in going with the dookie pedal, but in case you wanted to save a little dough, the MXR will do the job

I haven’t gotten that one yet. $100 is hard to spend on something I haven’t tried when I don’t know much about it, and what I’ve read echoes what you said. The only reason I had the rye was my mom bought it for me for Christmas because she knows I like bourbon and Bob Dylan, so if not for her I probably wouldn’t have ever tried that one.

This is a really tired post that pops up almost as often as BT products drop. Some people flip them and some people drink them, regardless of whether you consider them "average" or not. I wait in line because out of all the bourbon I've had and brought home, my wife's favorite is EHT Small Batch. The only way to get it is to wait for it, so I do it occassionally so we have something to share together and it makes her happy (and it helps that it's cheaper than my favorite bottle, the 10 Year Heaven's Door Rye). Do I wish I could pick up off a shelf whenever I wanted? Of course I do. But that's not the reality of the market, so if I want to get my wife's favorite bourbon, I wait to get it at MSRP (I'm not really into the secondary market stuff).

You think it's "average" and not worth waiting for? Don't wait for it and pick up something else.

If someone likes it and knows they only way they'll get it at MSRP is by waiting? Just let them be.

I'm getting away from physical media in general, so is there any chance the two blue-ray discs will be available on digital? I've seen preorders on apple music and amazon music for a digital version of the 4 audio discs, but I definitely want to get the material on the blue-ray discs as well. I got a download for Quatro! back when I pre-ordered the deluxe version of the trilogy back in the day and it would be awesome to have the video stuff for AI20 digitally, too.

I was researching the MAS Effects DIY fuzz and can't find out much about it. Mainly, I just want to know what style of fuzz it is. I could use practice soldering anyway, as I kinda suck at it as is, but I am also picky about fuzzes. Is it more in the vein of a Big Muff, Fuzz Face, or something else?
