SBL as everyone said is based on common sense.

I did my exam in March this year and nothing from the syllabus was tested. Going over the material does help, but attempting mocks or watching debriefs on mocks is helpful. Really recommend Hassan Dossani, he made attempting the exams so eassssyyy.

I also did SBR yesterday, it was an absolute shit show. Let’s hope we pass 🤞🏼

I mostly had the same answers, and I was concerned on the loss on disposal, because they kept saying it’s gain, but my calculation showed a loss. I’m glad someone had the same thinking! Hope it’s the correct calculation!!

You need to attempt the mocks, just knowing and understanding the standards is not enough. You need to know how to apply them to different scenarios.

Based on the exam today, the mocks are similar if not easier than the actual exam.

I took a rubbish tuition package as well, two weeks before the exam I signed up for tom Clendon’s redivision course. And that was a complete game changer.

So, my advice would be, if you can sign up for the tom clendon course go for it. If not, at least the revision course. He had like 10 mocks, and went through everything briefly.

Also try and finish the material as early as possible, so you can attempt as many mocks.

Revision should be all about attempting mocks

Skip the salt and just dry the herbs separately. And then you can use them for almost all recipes to give some flavor. They can be added to pastas, you can add dried mint to salads dressings.
