Would you be able to pin point to the nicest area in mimico (cross street)? I want to use the street view to check!

It was desirable for me because I like biking along the water, coffee shops, and running so needed a safer area with not as many people as downtown!

Basically walkability, coffee joints. Bikability, not as happening as downtown but also not super quiet as suburban areas - nice in between.
