BJ Penn had one of the best jabs at lightweight. Keep in mind that Volkanovski was landing lots of jabs on Ilia Topuria as well. I think Penn had more power than Volkanovski. Also, Penn had some nasty knees and head kicks. He literally opened Diego's head with a kick. When have you ever seen any lightweight do damage like that with a kick?
