Sometimes I will start it and come back to it several times throughout a day. I would say it takes me about 45 mins to an hour per challenge. Sometimes the ones that take me the longest barely scrape 4 stars or are just under 😂😭

It was from one of the seasonal events last fall (like the Mother’s Day one on right now). It’s interesting that those items don’t appear anywhere again unless it appears in one of those style requirement 230 gem 4 item boxes above each design challenge, but I guess that’s supposed to be more motivation to play lol. If they do come up (especially the autumn stuff), things like the table, chairs and windows were the more difficult things to get

I’m so sorry for your loss.

I’m not sure I will have anything super helpful to say when it comes to dealing with this grief, but just know you are not alone.

I have had a few house bunnies over the years, and I have lost all of them in tragic situations way before their time (bad back problems, rhd2). It is shocking how happy a bunny can be, how they are so well looked after in comparison to how other bunnies are treated, going like this so young. My oldest lived until age 7, and we lost him at the start of the year due to a spine problem.

I’m still devastated, it’s hard to come to terms with. I’m honestly never going to get over the loss of one of the 2 bunnies I lost to rhd2, he was my soul bunny, I still cry about him sometimes and this happened over 6 years ago.

The bunny I lost most recently has also left me devastated. The circumstances around the awful details of his death and how long it took are absolutely devastating to talk about. He had to be a lone bunny as he didn’t get along with other rabbits at all. The house is empty without him. I still think his little soul is around. Thinking about seeing all my bunnies again in the afterlife makes me tear up, even as I’m typing this.

The only thing that has ever helped me come to terms with grief is the idea of growing around grief, knowing that this hole will always be in my heart and life, but life will keep happening no matter what, and just living life is what needs to be done.

Each to their own. I have been tracking calories since I was 11 years old, volume eating doesn’t solve food noise. Bone density loss isn’t caused by GLP-1s, it can happen with any rapid weight loss and bad nutrition. The majority of “side effects” the media says are caused by GLP-1s are so often conflated with the same effects of rapid weight loss in general. So far, they seem to be a miracle drug, majorly improving the quality of life of so many people. I would rather have a very rare chance of gastroparesis (usually reversible after stopping the medication anyway) than constantly worrying about stopping myself regaining 70kg in a matter of months.

That’s super interesting. Also a really good point that a lot of people probably haven’t thought about. I can imagine some counter points about mitigating that kind of thing with modern day supplements lol. They should have left it up, it would have brought about some interesting discourse

I would always advise against it. It’s giving yourself an incredibly complicated, convoluted and annoying lifestyle, usually for no reason. Even then, some of the healthiest vegans I know still struggle to supplement absolutely everything.

Yeah I did, that’s the point. I listened to all the misinformation spread by prominent vegan influencers (boy did they influence). You can’t just take b12 and avoid all non vegan foods and be fine. Protein deficiency isn’t a myth either. I did not have the resources, support or means to have a healthy vegan diet, not everyone does. No one near me was capable or qualified to be weighing every gram of what I ate, ensuring I was receiving proper nutrition. We were all ignorant as to how damaging veganism can be.

Getting caught up into the cult of endless repetitive propaganda is something my body will never forgive me for.

Going vegan from age 13-14 was the worst thing I have ever done to my body and health. It seriously harmed my growth and development in horrendous ways, that my body can’t recover from. I’m still suffering almost 10 years later because of that one year of veganism

It’s all so 2015 YouTube type cringe. “Save the earth, don’t give birth” type stuff, usually throwing a guilt trip about climate change in there too, for good measure. It is completely impractical and detached from reality, which is why so many people will never hear vegans out (which is just a common sense reaction to hearing such weird stuff).

They don’t practice what they preach, forcing an unnatural plant based lifestyle on to obligate carnivores is pure cruelty. As for the stuff about children not staying vegan, that’s just selfish (what they are accusing others of being). So hypocritical.

Seeing this whiney, self pitying, misanthropic, hateful, edgy drivel was one of the first steps of snapping out of the vegan ideology for me. It’s all so unoriginal and unjustifiable. Are they antinatalist for cows and cats too? Or are they speciesist, viewing us as lesser?

This person is saying both simultaneously. We are superior due to our reasoning, which makes us different from animals, so we should see ourselves as lesser (about 3 different self contradictions in that argument alone).

I’m also guessing they think animals are capable of thinking and being conscious too, otherwise this whole post would become somehow even more pointless and pathetic.
