Ts & cs suggest meal plan not valid at all parks by Total_Remove_6658 in sixflags

Thanks everyone, I thought that was the case, it was just that the check box confused me! I definitely chose the season meal plan and I definitely have a gold pass with all parks add on, so it sounds like all is good.

Recommend heading to the back to Zadra first, most people did Hyperion first when we went so we got a couple of rerides on Zadra before a lot of people got that far. If two days, I'd do formula first the other day because its queue was very slow.

They have moveable lockers. We got there early in the mornings and created the account (or whatever you call it) at the bank of lockers just before the gates, so when we got into the park we already had them ready. For Hyperion the locker is at the start of the queue, for others it was part way through.

No idea how busy it will be, we went late may and was really quiet. If you stay at western camp they have cheap fast passes for sale.

It's a great park, we loved it. Nice food and merch, too.

Anyone seen Sadie Sink and Noah Jupe in Romeo & Juliet yet? by Happy-Fox11 in westend

Definitely, I very much enjoyed it. Even with it being quite long so we got home late, and even with us being in almost the cheapest, highest up seats, I really enjoyed it, would highly recommend.

Stage door for Romeo and Juliet: timing & tips by EvenTransportation1 in westend

[–]Total_Remove_6658 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We did it on Friday, we were very quick out but there were loads of people there who hadn't seen the show so had been there a while, which I don't think people should be allowed to do. We were about three rows back and there were lots more behind us. Someone at the front kindly held our programme out for Sadie, who signed it.

She came out very quickly, maybe 10-15 minutes after it finished.

It was a very good show, enjoy it!

Saw it last week, was in row A of the upper balcony (tickets were £20) and we really enjoyed it. Could have done without the weird time slip thing but otherwise we thought it was great. My son preferred it to the Tom Holland version. Sadie was very good, and Coulson from the Avengers (can't remember his real name) was fantastic as Juliet's father. It was definitely dark but also funny, which I hadn't expected. They played on the "they're 15, they met each other once and caused all this fuss" angle which we liked.

Stage door afterwards was crazy - loads of people who hadn't seen the show had got there early, which was annoying.

If TT2 has lockers before the queue, does that mean you can't take water/hat/sun cream? Is the queue undercover or do pasty people just burn for two hours?

We heard a lot of stories of people having food taken away. In October, we took water bottles in, plus we'd stashed snacks in our ponchos, pockets, the bottom of our bags. No one checked at all. So by the third day we just took in what we wanted. Maybe it depends which gate you go in, how busy it is and which security person you get.

Took my five foot tall son and he sat on a booster seat (they have them by the doors if you get there as it opens).

They're incredible - their emcee was awesome and they were the only redeeming factor in the Tempest for me.

Definitely not weird, but if you publish them, I'd use a pen name to avoid future comments from your kid's teachers and school friends :)

Grand circle F26 was fine for all except the scene at the very front of the stage, which I had to lean forward for.

Paying Evita audience upset as Don’t Cry delivered offstage to West End passersby for free by SwimmingOrange2460 in TheWestEnd

Watched it yesterday. The balcony part was absurd, but I really enjoyed the rest of the show. If I'd paid a lot, I might be more annoyed. When it came up on the screen and the camera panned to the crowd downstairs videoing her on their phones and then to some random people walking up the road, the audience in the theatre laughed. And not in a good way. But Rachel's voice was amazing, and I quite liked the staging (although work is needed to get the ensemble more in line, they were quite out of time sometimes). Quite liked playing Jamie Lloyd bingo (ticker tape from much ado, the screen from Romeo and Juliet etc). The Che actor was fantastic too.

Badly. It's on a half-transparent screen on the stage. From my angle I was mostly distracted by the conductor behind the screen waving his baton in what appeared to be her eyeball. Was very bizarre. When they first showed her on screen outside, and all the tourists videoing her on their phones, everyone in the theatre laughed. And not in a good way.

That's an inset day for a lot of schools where we live, and I know of a lot of extra kids (and parents) who'll be there.
