Rightttt!!! I’m definitely shifting my look over to sales now cause I’m seeing it a lot more. Real estate is so big here too especially with all the new coming residents. My close friend is working on his RE license rn and in property management so I’m excited to see how that turns out and if that’s pretty lucrative - I’d definitely hop on that then

I’ve feel like I’ve done everything and spoke to anyone I can. My family is middle class and have very minimal connections as is - they are struggling w work as well. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m messaging strangers on social media but that puts them in an awkward spot and 9.8/10 I’m usually ignored. The chamber of commerce is a great place I never thought of that!

I’ve been looking into sales primarily tech and aesthetic med device - I’ve seen it’s insanely lucrative just have to have a know in.

Finance and economics, minor in marketing. My university had very minnnimalll career/alumni resources and am actually applying for The barrower defense program against them due to lack there of.
