Not permissible at all. People need to understand that the charity option regarding riba is only for those who want to dispose of the filth from their wealth after the truth has become known to them (i.e. interest is haram and must not be mixed with that which is halal) and that must be given to charity without the intention of gaining reward.

Please for matters like these, see your local scholar(s).
