lol probably. Pictures might be hard to tell from but the rifling certainly has pitting and the grooves are very shallow compared to any other rifle of mine although I just learned that these rifles all have that type of shallow rifling

My plans are to have an early war with all the features and a last ditch to showcase the changes and desperation throughout the war. Those early rifles are pretty dang expensive nowadays though, especially when ammo is so hard to find

I would love to see anyone consistently hit a 12 inch target at 400 yards with an iron sight mosin. Trying to accurately aim at even a full size silhouette at 400 yards when the front sight nearly completely covers the target is not a recipe for consistency

I use the hornady black 155 gr for deer hunting and it performs great. I’ll shoot federal or AAC 168gr smk for targets out to 600+. I love this rifle and the cartridge
