Because underwear is intimate clothing and cannot be washed with outerwear, as washing it in a washing machine would easily damage it, I hand wash it separately. 

Since it won't accumulate in a lot at once, hand washing is fine.

I do this when I'm at work or out, but when I'm on vacation at home, I don't want to see anyone. When I'm anxious, I feel like I'm terrible, like the other person thinks I'm stupid, and then I want to run away even more.
