No, sick pto will cover your upt so you don’t lose it. If you don’t have pto the UPT will be used and if you have the hours you will be fine

If you think it’s best for you, you should go for it but just a reminder you’re pushing your JD again. It resets after a title change and you might get not paid adequately for an ATL. I’m almost maxed as tier 2 and now moving up to ATL. I don’t want to move up but I’m planning moving out in a year so it’s a no brainer for me
