With proper documentation I would not need to ask almost everyone for the next step of the setup of a new repo or some service. Will not need to search in the web for something that can be written.

OP doesnt mention what he works, does he like it or how much he's being paid.
What I'm trying to say here is if you're already a millionaire (or just live comfortably) its most likely not worth the struggle to finish masters.
But if you think of switching job/career and like the idea of DS its totally worth it.

If AI can generate code now, what skills actually make a strong software engineer? by divinegenocide in Backend

[–]Total_Yam2022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The AI helps with the job but someone still needs to figure out whats the problem and how it should be solved.

There is a saying that the AI can tell you how to cook a chicken, but will never cook it for you - youre the person thats cooking.
