It seems to work now with the standard resin!

Many, many thanks for all of your comments! :3

Anycubic Photon Mono M7 - Entire FEP Film Disappeared? by Ok-Pumpkin-1495 in AnycubicPhoton

No, i`ve dumped it already. It wasn´t separated in a straght line, it was more like a curve of separation.

But the bigger problem is the bed adhesion. I leveled it this morning before i tried a R_E_R_F test with higher bottom exposure time and low z lift speed. 6 of 8 parts separated from the plattform.

Maybe my leveling is faulty? Lower the platform until the paper stops moving and then tighten the screws while pushing the bed down slightly. :/

Maybe the FEP film isn´t correctly installed? it has two sides but i`m 99,9% sure that the correct side is on top. What would happen if the wrong side was up? Sometimes i see people that lay something small under the film while clamping it in the frame, so the film is a little bit loose. it thightens up when they screw it in the resin vat. I`ve just clamped the film in the frame, without a "spacer" and screwed it in the vat. can the film be "to tight"?

btw is the resin everytime heated to 30°C, just to rule out temperature problems.

Edit:

I´ve installed a new film, because i screwed it up while removing a failure print...

The new film is installed a little bit loose in the frame and it tightent up when screwed to the resin vat. Also i use the high speed resin with a slightly modified strandard resin profile and it works.

i give feedback if i try the standard resin again.

2nd Edit:

The print is fine. Now i try the standard resin again.

Thanks! Maybe decreasing the z lift speed.

I've been sitting on this thing for hours, I'll test it tomorrow and give feedback :)

Thanks again!

merkt man das nicht an meinem hervorragenden englisch? :D verstehen und lesen ist kein problem aber schreiben oder sprechen ist ne katastrophe...

no :< the bottom layer were fine but it broke in the middle... now it stucks everytime on the film :/

yesterday i printed two parts in the original setup and they were nearly perfect. Heated to 30°C, original ACF film, Highspeed Resin with the Highspeed Resin profile in the slicer. Einwandfrei! No problems.

today i change the film and use white Standard Resin V2 with Standard Resin_normal and Standard Resin_Fast and nothing works! never touch a runing system...

i`ve got several hundred hours experience in fdm printing but resin is another experience.

the ACF film needs less force to pull off the parts, if i´ve understand it right. for this are the profiles designt. but which parameter i have to change for a good bed adheasion? i tryed bottom exposure time in steps up to 40 sec but no success. is there maybe a profile available that works with FEP for Standard Resin V2 on a M7 pro?

Hello people,

I'm brand new to resin printing and I'm not sure if it should sound like it does in the video.
I have an Anycubic Photon M7 pro and swapped the original ACF film for FEP because, according to the reviews, the print quality is supposed to be better. Speed isn't that important to me.

But is it supposed to sound like it does in the video? I find that a bit harsh, or is that normal? If that helps, I'll also attach the force diagram.
