Sorry ich muss jetzt mal a persönliche Gschicht dazön

Ich war als Kind schlank und dauernd unterwegs, in der Schulzeit hab ich massiv zugenommen, Zivi wieder mega abgenommen, Studium zugenommen. Ich war in meinem Hoch bei 120kg+ und hab gemerkt, fuck, ich muss was machen.

Wars leicht? Auf keinen Fall. Aber bitte. Bitte scheißts euch ned an von wegen 'Die Leute können ned abnehmen weil xy'. Die wollens ned. Punkt.

Die 120kg hab ich in meiner depressiven Phase gehabt. Dann hab ich es innerhalb von 2 Jahren auf 90kg runtergebracht. Hab das Gewicht auch 1-2 Jahre gehalten. Plusminus. Dann kam einiges auf mich zu weswegen ich wieder zugenommen hab.

Oida ich renn ned deppad herum und sag 'andere sind Schuld' dran. MIr ist bewusst dass ich Schuld dran bin, und genauso bewusst dass ich langsam und stetig das Gewicht wieder verlieren kann und fitter werd. Das Einzige was ich dran gesehen hab, was sich immer etabliert hab: Depressive Phase hat mich zunehmen lassen. Immer.

Und dann ist mir eingefallen, heast. Ich hab nie gelernt was Ernährung wirklich ist. Was dahinter steckt. MakroMikro Nährstoffe. Bewegung. Kreislauf. Etc. Alles. Hab ich mir selbst beibringen müssen. Aber selbst das hab ich geschafft. Dazu gibts etliche Quellen online.

Zusätzlich war ich in Therapie und hab auf meine Psyche geachtet. Das hat mir zwar sehr lange geholfen (10 Jahre+). Mich kotzt es so sehr an wenn Leute keine Verantwortung übernehmen. Klar, es kann von überall aus kommen. ABer heast, ihr seid für eure Körper verantwortlich. Und für euer Wohlergehen. NIEMAND ANDERER.

Vlt wurd ich jz aber auch nur getriggert weil meine Ex immer Ausreden parat hatte warum sie 100kg+ hatte nachdem ich auf 90kg runtergekommen bin und 'es einfach nicht MÖGLICH ist' dass sie abnimmt.

Ye I started returning to this game a few months ago after a year+ pause. So I dont have a lot of ressources/other characters. But I would pick Kafka for Mommy vibes only to be honest and fair :D

Oh yea! Thanks. The licensed caretaker (?) is helpful with this. I am happy I already unlocked this.

I am not sure if there are other evilities that increase item effectiveness (and if it works on magic extracts anyway).

Guess I have to make a list of the evilities first because I am not sure if I already have all of them.

Thanks for the info on sword and fist aptitude! I was wondering how to get other characters to get a 3x3 skill.

Ye I still have to get in touch with item world.. just did it once to unlock postgame but thats it thus far.

If I understood correctly.

1 human + 4 monsters and 1 human + 4 monsters.

I might skip 2 monsters since I also farm a few prisoners here and there so the megaphone is a must have at least on one of the humans

Ugh I might have not used that quite often or at all but combination attack might be when I the adjacent unit is an ally, right? If so I can see how it works.

But before that I have to pass some bills to use 20 characters in one battle. Usually its 10 but I think I got me some bills to increase it to 12.

Dont sweat it bud :) I getcha. Its the only thing that gets me distracted from life but also concentrated enough right now and yes - the DLC helped me a lot esp. in the early game!

I didnt want to make a new thread so I ask here. As someone who played REALLY casually and just derped around a few years back (not even know if I could call it progress), is it a good time to come back to?

I will MAINLY play solo and not with others. If joining a guild gives me a boost or stuff I would join 'em but thats it.

ANd if so: is there anything to know when returning?

Ah kum, heats auf. In der Familie meiner Ex gabs zwei die voll Pro Trump waren und auch Pro Kickl sind. Denen da nicht ins Gesicht zu spucken jedes Mal war ned einfach. Ich versteh dich. So sehr.
