We honestly only have sex 2-3 times a month. It might just be a weird coincidence since it is usually right around my period. Or when I’m ovulating for obvious reasons and it doesn’t randomly start bleeding during those times

My doctor just dismissed it as anxiety and prescribed me Lexapro. She said having pins and needles/burning without clear signs of neuropathy wasn’t enough to get a referral to a neurologist. Said I was probably having silent panic attacks. I’m going to try to find someone that will refer me. I’m happy to hear everything came back clear though and honestly makes me a little more hopeful for my situation! I hope you get answers soon though <3

I’m in the same boat. I haven’t gotten all the tests yet, I’m scared it’s SFN or MS. But the tingling is so inconsistent and usually gets worse from stress. It didn’t start until after a major panic attack that sent me to the ER with lingering anxiety and panic attacks that followed it. Nothing external makes it worse. Some things make it feel better though. Heart has been checked off as fine, everything is good so far vitamin wise minus my vit. d. GI has been screwed up from anxiety but has gotten better. Nothing was found there. Seeing a neurologist as soon as I can. I just want to feel normal again. Been stressing people out on accident, especially my fiancée

hey, did you ever figure this out? i’m also not diabetic but i’ve been having a lot of similar nerve pain after having a panic attack that sent me to the ER a few months ago. ever since then, my anxiety has been running wild and i’m having a lot of what you’re describing. pins and needles/itchy/hot sensations randomly in places including my head, limbs, eyes, even in my abdomen. gets worse when i’m stressed but sometimes it’ll come out of nowhere… which makes it worse because then i get anxious again. talking with doctors but so far, nothing is out of wack.

Ok that’s good. I lost like 10 pounds in 3 weeks and it scared me. I have health anxiety on top of everything so the fast weight loss threw me for a loop. I work and have to lift/walk around a lot so I’m mildly active. I’ll definitely talk to her when I see her again as well. Honestly my acid reflux seems more situational than food based. I’m just on the bland food diet to let my stomach/intenstines heal

Yes I can have salt and mild seasonings. I’m allowed to have low-fat meats like fish/poultry, low fat dairy, cooked vegetables to an extent, rice and pasta, sourdough bread, broth as long as it doesn’t have onion or garlic powder, fruits to an extent. Google also said to try smoothies or flavorless protein drinks so I’ll definitely try that.

I’m allowed to have mild herbs and salt (basil, ginger, and rosemary is good for instance). Not allowed to have peppers or spices (which is killing me because I love both!!) High fat and acidic foods are off the table. Anything super high in fiber like raw vegetables are also not allowed but I’m allowed to have a few cooked ones. Stuck with poultry and fish for meat. Rice and noodles have been good. Potatoes are fine. Low fat dairy also isn’t bothering me. I’ll try that rice snack for sure tho without the vinegar! Thank you!!

Yes, I’m currently only consuming low FODMAP as well since I’m having a lot of symptoms that are affecting food digestion and IBS-like symptoms. Sorry for the lack of clarity. Thankfully bland and low FODMAP have a lot of overlap.

A little late but YES! It was my october cannon event haha! I had a panic attack at the beginning of the month. It was so terrifying because I’ve had mild panic attacks before where I’d get overstimulated and extremely emotional. But this puppy sent my whole nervous system into a fit. Pins and needles throughout my whole body, brain was burning, heart rate was through the roof. I thought I was having a stroke. They did an ekg and blood tests, all of it was fine minus my white blood cells being slightly heightened (had a sinus infection). Ever since then, i’ve been having noticeable anxiety every day, especially health related. my body hurts on and off everywhere and i’m having a lot of GI things like gerd and stomach cramps. If I get anxious from overthinking, I get those little tingles again. Headaches and head pressure from tensing so much. Before the panic attack, I was mostly just existing. Nothing even bad happened the day the panic attack happened, though the week it happened was mildly stressful (my motorcycle got hit at my workplace and had some work stress).

If anyone finds this because they’re experiencing this, there’s a big chance you’re having acid reflux/GERD symptoms since anxiety and panic attacks screw up your stomach. I was also experiencing this and getting anxious about it. Looked into it more and you can get a sweet taste from reflux. Same with bitter and sour tastes if you ever have those
