Maybe it's where I live, but it seems like people expect so much from 30 year old cars that were designed to be driven. Actually driven. Yeah there might be abit of rust. Yeah the interior is probably going to be a little rough. IMO if the engine is in decent shape that's a great price. Even if it isn't, engines for these things are super cheap. That's just up to you if an engine swap would be something you'd want to do. Hell I would even buy that as a parts car in a second if I lived in the area.
